We've all been there when we uploaded a video and the system decided to choose the 'best' thumbnail and it's a blank screen or of someone looking really stupid. Channel has a built in feature that lets you or your users choose the exact thumbnail that you want. If you don't like the selection offered, they can simply upload their own custom thumbnail. On top of this, you can get a load more attention to your videos by using our built in rotating thumbnail feature which will 'animate' the thumbnails, instead of boring old static ones!
